Basically you are right. Once you start, go the end. The whole system in driving licence works like this: "Hi, i want to get a driving licence!"
"Hi,ok. It will be 900 euros for everything or 1050 euros for everything and a quaranteed succees at the test. You choose."
So simple.About the medical exams, you have to do them, but if i remember well, if you are insuranced you don't pay. I didn't. If i am wrong, i hope someone, corrects me.
