hi every one hope some one can help me i have been convicted in uk on 2005 12 months sentence and spend 6 months in prison then return back to my country is olmost been 7 years and after that i have no other conviction olsa i have 17 reference letter from english ppl they r my friend no i m merried so i m wondering is take 10 years to be spent convictioın so i have 3 years do i have to wait 3 years or if consul refuse me i have cnance to appeal and is any one else have any expirence about this or tell me what is best for me i m merried with british citezen !!!
