Sending SMS to the Philippines

If you can't use an app like Whatsapp or Viber, then I suggest you get a phone card from a telco company offering special deals for international users. You can check out Lyca mobile, they charge 6 €cent per minute for calling and 12 cents sending SMS to Philippines mobiles. Wind has a 8 €cent/min plan for Philippines. Or, you can just walk in any of those internet cafes and ask to international cards there :)
