I found a quote of Evo Morales that says "Humankind is capable of saving the earth if we recover the principles of solidarity, complementarity and harmony with nature." I was wondering, how much is Bolivia acting in the terms of this quote? are their policies environmentally friendly? Or is it just a populistic move? I think I heard of some not so-environmentally oriented projects that show that this is more talk than walk when it comes to the planet earth. What do you think?
