Replacing Nigeria 1999 constitution with another new one is that the way forward for the country to attain growth and progress? because Professor of International Law and Jurisprudence,Akin Oyebode has revealed that 1999 Constitution must be replace before the country can make progress.
He said, no matter the number of amendments made to the constitution, it cannot work for Nigeria because it is entirely faulty.
