Hi! I am planning to sell my car to a friend of mine. Unfortunately both of us aren't familiar with the language, and we aren't sure of the necessary procedures.
After going through various articles, I noticed some talk about the work on the seller's side while others don't, and just mention about the buyer's work.
So my question is, assuming that the buyer who I can totally trust as a friend, will do all the necessary work the buyer needs to do, is there anything that I need to do as the seller?
Also, if there is any advice regarding contracts, etc any advice would be appreciated! Currently we were thinking that a contract won't be necessary.
