Salary is this enough ?

Dear Friends,
Hope you all are doing great. I have a question - a job of Network Engineer in the Hague with 3 months extendable contract, 50 euros per hour and total NET salary is 4000 euros per month with no medical and no accommodation. How does it sound keeping in mind a small family with husband, wife, 1.5 year and 1 month kids respectively. Do you think its a good salary?

  Thanks for your reply. 4000 euros is the net salary I.e. after tax deduction. Since I would be moving to Hague alone initially, i dont expect to cook and mostly would be eating out. So do you think this is a good salary to spend a comfortable life and also do savings ? My family would join later once I'm settled. I am confused

  For medical, you can apply for insurance, it is around 100 euros/month/person. Accomodation will be 1000 euros/mnth for a home. Grocery will be around 400/mnth. 4000 euros is taxed or not? If not, tax will be around 1000 euros.
