Monthly Book Sale

Manchester Community Library will hold its monthly Book Sale on Saturday, Sept. 19, from 9 a.m. to noon. Crowded with new arrivals and old favorites, hard covers are $1.00, soft covers are .25. The library is blessed with many donations this year as lots of friends are taken this quieter time to clear out their bookshelves, and to read. Sales have been brisk. The library is located at 3879 Hancock Highway, (a.k.a. Route 191) in Equinunk, Driving north, we are about two miles south of the center of the village. An all-volunteer effort, the library is dependent on book sales to cover the usual expenses of insurance, fuel, utilities, internet, and maintenance. We look forward to seeing you.
